The Municipal Corporation Bilaspur, in partnership with an NGO, is organizing a massive cleanliness drive on 2nd October, on the auspicious occasion of Gandhi Jayanti, under the Swachhata Hi Seva campaign. More than 500 volunteers, including Mayor, officials, sanitation workers, NGO representatives, youth, students, and ward councillors, will participate in the drive. The initiative aims to promote cleanliness, create awareness among citizens, conserve nature and water resources, and encourage collective responsibility towards a cleaner and healthier environment.
